01 · Who we are
A young firm, working the trade.
Lee & Co Engineering is a Singapore main contractor founded by Lee Yen Fong and Stephen Huong in 2022. We started small — single-house A&A jobs in Bukit Timah. Most of our growth since has come by referral, building a track record one TOP at a time.
We’re BCA-registered, fully insured, and work across the four trades you’d expect of a private-sector contractor: general building, additions & alterations, conservation, and interior fit-out. Most of our clients are Singapore homeowners, F&B operators, and small commercial landlords.
02 · How we work
Hands-on. On site. Named.
We’re on site, not in a tower. The principal walks every site every week. The site supervisor is named, accountable, and reachable on his personal mobile. Our subcontractors are regulars — trades we’ve worked with for years, not Gumtree finds.
Open-book costing means we share supplier quotes, not just our final price. We believe a client who understands the bill makes a calmer decision when something needs to change on site — and something always does.

03 · What we promise
We deliver what we quote.
When we say six months, we mean six months. When we say S$2.4 million, we mean S$2.4 million. When monsoon season delays a pour, we eat the day — not your handover date.
We don’t always quote the cheapest. We deliver what we quote. That’s the only promise we make on day one, and the only one that matters at TOP.
