We just believe in hardwork.

Lee & Co Engineering was founded by Mr. Lee Yen Fong in 2022 to continue the legacy of HCJ Construction Pte Ltd. Same leader. The portfolio of 78 projects and S$170M+ in delivered contract value came with him.
The “Co” in Lee & Co is the coalition — the network of Singapore’s most trusted engineers, architects, surveyors, foremen and trades, assembled around one leader. Not a partnership of two equals on a letterhead. A coalition of specialists, each accountable to their own standard, all working under Mr. Lee’s leadership to deliver on time.

We’re BCA-registered, fully insured, and active across the trades we’ve always done: general building, additions & alterations, civil infrastructure, and interior fit-out — for HDB, LTA, NParks, the Town Councils, the People’s Association, and selected private clients across Singapore.
02 · How we work
Hands-on. On site. Named.
We’re on site, not in a tower. The principal walks every site every week. The site supervisor is named, accountable, and reachable on his personal mobile. Our subcontractors are regulars — trades we’ve worked with for years, not Gumtree finds.
Open-book costing means we share supplier quotes, not just our final price. We believe a client who understands the bill makes a calmer decision when something needs to change on site — and something always does.

03 · What we promise
We deliver what we quote.
When we say six months, we mean six months. When we say S$2.4 million, we mean S$2.4 million. When monsoon season delays a pour, we eat the day — not your handover date.
We don’t always quote the cheapest. We deliver what we quote. That’s the only promise we make on day one, and the only one that matters at TOP.
