Project values, authorities and dates listed in the Track Record are illustrative of historical commissions. Specific commercial terms for any new engagement are governed by a separate signed agreement.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide engineering services. All engagements are subject to a written scope of work, fee schedule and PE certification arrangement agreed at the point of commission.

Disputes arising from the use of this site are governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
